When the Director of Operations for Oxford Street Partners, a luxury British real estate team, needed to create a suite of high-end client resources, they knew just who to call. Having worked with Rhema Strategic on a previous project, they trusted us to deliver again.

Their vision was clear: to produce professional, distinctly British Buyer and Seller Guides tailored to their upscale clientele, along with an elegant guide to local area highlights. The guides needed to expertly navigate the complexities of the transaction process, lending, and inspections, all while reinforcing their brand's promise of exceptional service.

We immediately got to work, translating their vision into a stunning reality that would empower their clients and elevate their brand. The branding materials captured their cheeky British personalities while showcasing their commitment to professionalism and client success. Since many of their clients were moving from out of state, we also created a comprehensive and fun relocation guide. This resource helps buyers fall in love with their new city and serves as a one-stop shop for important information, like utility companies and local services.
